About Big Concierge

Big Concierge is a private website that allows concierges and other hotel employees to book reservations at area restaurants and tours for their guests. When reservations are completed, members earn referral revenue of a minimum of $1 per person. Most of venues use an auto confirm tool that automatically confirms reservations. Reservations take approximately 30 seconds to make and upon confirmation, a text message with the reservation details is sent to the guest's mobile phone. Venues may offer incentives to concieges and guests for booking reservations during off peak hours. Venue incentives and reservation details are available from your venues page after logging in.

How does it work?
The concept is easy. Hotel employees may invite other hotel employees to the site by entering their email address in their members area. Once a hotel employee becomes a member, they can use any computer to book reservations for guests. While making the reservation, they choose from different times slots that may include a special offer. After they choose the time slot they enter the party name, party size, and the guests mobile phone number. Reservation details are then sent to the business for confirmation. Most venues use an auto confirm feature that automatically confirms reservations. Once the reservation is confirmed, details (including any incentives) are sent to the hotel guest in the form of a text message. And the best part is the entire process takes less than 60 seconds.
What does it cost businesses to join Big Concierge
There are no upfront costs for businesses, they pay only for completed reservations. We charge restaurants a flat rate of $2 per person. Tour rates vary based upon the selling price of the tour. We then split all revenues with the member that books the reservation. Our unique tracking system allows businesses to designate reservations as No Show as well as change the head count so they are never charged for customers that did not actually arrive.
