Big Concierge is a private website that allows hotel employees to book reservations at area restaurants, tours, clubs, and golf courses for their guests and earn money at the same time. Restaurants pay a flat fee of $1 PER PERSON for all reservation. Tours, clubs, and golf course payments vary depending on their rates and range from $1 - $20 per person. Most venues use an auto confirm tool that automatically confirms reservations so there is little to no wait and since reservations take approximately 30 seconds to book, it can really save you time. Other time saving features include the option of sending guests a confirmation via text message and printing a one-click door to door map from your hotel to the venue. And last but not least, we offer booking contests and bonuses that lead to even more cash and cool prizes.

How does it work?
The concept is easy. Hotel employees may invite other hotel employees to become members using their Members Area. Inviting another member will send them an email with a link that allows them to register. If you'd like us to send you an invitation, simply send us a request with your name, email, hotel name, and hotel phone number. We'll verify your info and send you an invitation. Once a hotel employee becomes a member, they can use any computer with internet access to book reservations for guests. While making the reservation, members choose from different venues. Some venues may offer an incentive to the guest, referred to as a perk, for booking it through Big Concierge. Perk information is summarized in a Venues summary screen that also offers information on maximum party size and the confirmation process. After choosing a venue and party size, simply select an available time and enter the party name and their mobile phone number (optional). A summary of reservation details and the venue's custom reservation policy is displayed before hitting the final Reserve button. After hitting the final reserve button, it will take you to your Reservations Summary screen where you can print a door to door map with directions and reservation details. Please note that while most venues use an auto confirm feature that automatically confirms small to medium sized parties, larger parties may take longer to confirm. Once the reservation is confirmed, details (including any perks) are sent to the hotel guest in the form of a text message. The entire process generally takes less than 60 seconds.
What does it cost businesses to join Big Concierge
We charge a monthly fee of $49 per month that covers the cost of all reservations from the business website, our main website, and for the other marketing features that are built into our software. Restaurants pay an additional fee of $2 per person for traffic from concierges and our partner websites. Tours, golf courses, and club traffic fees vary based upon their rates (generally 10% of the average price). We then split all revenues with the member that books the reservation. Our unique tracking system allows the business to designate reservations as No Show as well as revise the party size so they are never charged for customers that did not actually arrive. Businesses have access to a concierge reports that help them stay on top of their concierge traffic and maintain stronger concierge relationships. They can also invite concierges and receive a rebate for traffic from the concierges they invited as well as host contests to help their business stand out from other venues.
